I work with executives, senior teams, HR leaders, and purpose-driven organizations across sectors. My support spans executive coaching, strategic facilitation, team retreats, and leadership development programs.
Clients come to me when they're facing complexity, culture change, restructuring, and/or personal leadership transitions and want a partner who brings both insight and empathy.

Welcome to Red Kite Coaching & Consulting. I'm Marwa Farouq — an executive coach, strategic advisor, and former global C-suite leader.
Over a 20-year career, I've partnered with CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams across industries and continents to navigate culture change, restructuring, and transformation. Most recently, I served as Global Chief of Operations at Teach For All, a network of 61+ partner organizations worldwide, where I led People and Operations and worked directly with the CEO and board on strategy, structure, and organizational design.
Before that, I built and led a boutique consulting practice across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, and spent years as a director guiding large-scale culture transformations for international clients.
I'm a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Executive Coach through the World Coach Institute, with additional training in organizational and relational systems coaching, intercultural coaching, and nonviolent communication.
Across these roles, I've amassed thousands of hours coaching leaders and executives around the world and it's an experience that shapes how I show up with every client today.
I started RedKite because I wanted to bring that same partnership, grounded, strategic, and human directly to purpose-led leaders and organizations across sectors who are ready to lead with clarity, courage, and equity.
My work is intentional and values-driven, shaped by a deep commitment to equity, presence, and real world transformation. Through coaching, facilitation, and leadership development, I offer support that honors both the human and the systemic holistic, inclusive, and tailored to your context.
